In 2017, Kristi Schmitt opened up Gravity Wellness Spa in Garden City, KS and fulfilled a large need for a medical and day spa in Southwest Kansas. As a certified nurse practitioner, she knew how important wellness is for health. With more than 15 highly-skilled and professional employees, Kristi stays busy operating her business. Gravity Wellness Spa offers a full range of spa services, including some medical procedures -- massage, hair removal, dermal fillers, sclerotherapy, body contouring, facials and flotation therapy!
Spa Etiquette & Policies
Spa Environment
A private locker is available but we are not responsible for your valuables, so we recommend leaving any valuables at home. Please assist us in maintaining a tranquil spa environment. We kindly request that you respect other guests by using quiet conversation. Additionally, the spa is a cell-free zone to encourage self-care time! Please note, due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the spa.
Arrival
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow you time to slip into a robe & enjoy the relaxing lounge. If you arrive late, your treatment time will still end on time to ensure no delay for other guests.
Late Policy
Your appointment will be rescheduled if you arrive 15 minutes late. Repeat late arrivals will require prepayment to reserve your appointment time.
Cancellation Policy
Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is required upon booking to guarantee your reservations. All cancellations require a 24-hour notice to avoid a $30 fee per person charged to the card we have on file. You will not be charged the $30 fee unless you fail to provide a 24-hour notice or do not show for your appointment.
